MFC was born from a simple belief: that clubs deserved a teamwear partner who understood the people behind the jersey.
What started as a small operation has grown into a business serving clubs, schools and organisations across Ireland and beyond, but the principles remain the same today as they did on day one.

2011
Mugs For Clubs
Seán O’Neill creates mugs for clubs out of his garage, printing custom mugs for local sports teams from his shed.
2016
Made For Champions
Seán brings along teammate and friend, Fabian O’Neill, to help him as they move into the world of sportswear.
2021
Creation Of Loyalty15
To show MFC’s commitment to supporting clubs, we created LOYALTY15, which to date has given back over £1,000,000 to clubs and schools.
2024
A New Home
After a few years of moving homes, we finally settled in our new HQ in Springtown Industrial Estate in the city. A huge space, ready for the growth of MFC.

Two Teammates, one obsession
Seán O'Neill
Managing Director
Seán is married to Aoife and they have 3 young girls. He has represented Tyrone football at every level and is a past captain of his club, ‘An Droim Mór.’ Seán left his post as a primary school teacher to follow his passion in business. He misses the children and all the holidays but doesn’t miss having to wear a tie every day. He still likes to lay down the rules around the office!

Remembering Our Friend, Mick
In 2025, we sadly lost our friend and colleague Michael Kerr, fondly known as Mick.
Mick joined MFC in 2018 and quickly became a valued member of the team. Through his passion for sport, his ability to build relationships and his genuine care for others, he left a lasting impact on colleagues, customers and communities across Ireland.
More than anything, Mick was a friend. Someone who brought energy, humour and kindness to every conversation and made a positive difference to the people around him.
While he is greatly missed, his legacy continues to live on within MFC through the relationships he built and the values he embodied every day.
Mick will always be part of the MFC story.
