We’re focused on giving back to customers who put their faith in us.

WHAT IS LOYALTY15?
LOYALTY15 is a specially designed loyalty reward programme that allows clubs, schools, teams, businesses and societies to receive up to a maximum of 15% credit ‘giveback’ voucher to use on leisure & teamwear and/or essential training equipment after a twelve-month period of purchasing has elapsed.

HOW IS LOYALTY15 ADMINISTERED?
MFC will keep detailed records on all club expenditure. The club will be notified through its nominated representative of accumulated expenditure upon request.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR LOYALTY15?
All MFC customers will be entitled to participate in the LOYALTY15 programme providing that the following criteria are met;
- Customers sign a two-year agreement declaring that all club leisure & teamwear requirements/ training equipment will be purchased exclusively from MFC for the duration of the agreement period.
- Customers must spend at least £5,000 / €5,000 NET per annum on leisurewear, teamwear, and/or essential training equipment (including items such as cones, balls, ladders, poles, etc.) to qualify for giveback credit. There is no upper spending limit beyond this threshold.
Reward structure:
- Customers spending £5,000 – £14,999 NET per annum will receive a 10% credit reward.
- Customers spending £15,000+ NET per annum will receive a 15% credit reward.
The more the club spends the higher the giveback credit.
