Statement from MFC Sports regarding compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As a company we are aware of our responsibilities under GDPR and have prepared the following self-declaration to demonstrate what actions we have taken towards compliance:

• Updated our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Business and Cookie Policy on the website to show our actions are legal, transparent and in plain English.
• Carried out a full review of all third parties we share personal data with to ensure that they have the best security for our customer’s data and ensured that there are data processing agreements in place where necessary.
• Increase staff awareness of data protection.
