The company is going from strength to strength with Business Development Managers already covering the Ulster, Connacht and Leinster areas, there was only one corner of the Island left to crack – Munster. O’Connor is captain of his club, Austin Stacks in Tralee who won the 2021 Senior Football Championship, reaching the final of the Munster Championship but were beaten by St. Finbarr’s of Cork. He won Austin Stacks’ player of the year in 2019, before marking a special individual mark during the club’s run in 2021.

The Tralee man then went to become the captain of the Kerry team, tributing to the uprise in his success. Playing midfield for both club and county, the 24-year-old was named man of the match in both the club and county championship finals.

O’Connor officially became one of the leading players on the Kerry club field since making his league debut in 2017.

2022 All Ireland Winning Kerry Captain Joe O’Connor now joins the MFC team as Munster Sales Manager.

Joe will be the key contact within the province covering all things sportswear from his beloved GAA to schools, colleges, sports teams and clubs alike.

We can’t wait to watch Joe make his mark in Munster and help MFC grow from strength to strength in this new area.
